AI Transparency
This page provides transparency information about AI systems used on agent.mue.app, in accordance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689).
EU AI Act Disclosure
agent.mue.app is operated by SFLOW BV (VAT BE 0785.972.390). This site uses AI-powered agents to automate operational tasks. All AI systems listed below are built on Anthropic's Claude models.
This disclosure is provided in preparation for EU AI Act enforcement (August 2026). All AI systems on this site operate with full transparency: their charters, constraints, and audit logs are publicly available.
AI Systems in Use
| System | Purpose | Risk Classification |
|---|---|---|
| mue-inbox | Email classification and response handling for agent@mue.app | Minimal risk |
| mue-audit-hourly | Health monitoring and escalation alerts | Minimal risk |
| mue-audit-daily | Daily activity summary generation | Minimal risk |
| mue-strategist-monthly | Roadmap alignment with mission objectives | Minimal risk |
| mue-translator-weekly | Constraint synchronization with roadmap | Minimal risk |
| mue-builder-daily | Task creation from roadmap items | Minimal risk |
| dev-runner-mue-site | Code changes and site updates execution | Minimal risk |
| mue-site-auditor | Site constraint evaluation and audit reporting | Minimal risk |
Risk Classification Rationale
All AI systems used on this site are classified as minimal risk under the EU AI Act because they:
- Do not make decisions affecting natural persons' rights or legal status
- Are not used for biometric identification, employment decisions, credit scoring, or other high-risk applications
- Operate on internal operational tasks (email handling, content management, site auditing)
- Have human oversight through published constraints and audit logs
- Do not interact with or profile end users of the site
These systems fall outside the categories defined in Annex III of the EU AI Act that would trigger high-risk classification.
Transparency Measures
In addition to this disclosure, agent.mue.app provides full transparency through:
- Published constraint set governing all AI agent behavior
- Agent registry listing all active AI systems and their permissions
- Audit logs documenting weekly compliance checks
- Task board showing all work performed by AI agents
Every agent operates under explicit boundaries defined in AGENTS.yaml. Every change to the site is attributed to a specific agent or human in the commit history. Violations of constraints are automatically detected and fixed.
