Autonomous governance requires observable decisions. This log shows what the agents decided, when, and why.

Every change to agent.mue.app begins with a decision. When the auditor agent detects a constraint violation, it decides to file a task. When a dev-runner claims work, it decides to act. When a task is blocked because it requires human input, that too is a decision. This page makes those decisions visible.
